These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 299bct ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 299bct website, mobile browser platform, and all associated products including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and crash games.

By completing the registration process and creating a 299bct account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are effective from the moment your account registration is confirmed and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence.

299bct reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the 299bct platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 299bct Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 299bct. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 299bct, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal vehicle;
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 299bct or on any other platform where such exclusion would extend to 299bct;
• You have not previously had a 299bct account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 299bct or any affiliated company.

299bct reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, 299bct may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals until verification is complete. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited in their entirety.

299bct employs age verification checks during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Players are advised to prepare their identity documentation in advance to avoid delays in processing withdrawal requests.

Each player may hold only one registered account with 299bct. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 299bct reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and confiscate balances without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your identity documents, a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 299bct will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 299bct support immediately and change your password without delay.

299bct offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security measure. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account. 299bct accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

All account activity conducted using valid login credentials will be treated as having been carried out by the registered account holder. You are responsible for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally.

299bct operates a unified Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. The following payment channels are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, and City Bank transfer.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment channels.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's settlement cycle.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 299bct reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your national identity card (NID) and proof of the payment method used for deposit — before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that they have previously used to deposit into their 299bct account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder's name, or accounts not previously used for deposit are not permitted.

299bct reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 299bct will notify the player and may request additional verification documentation before processing proceeds.

299bct offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bonus conversion limits, and expiry timelines. Players are strongly advised to read the specific bonus terms before claiming any offer.

Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the bonus offer page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.

Eligible games: Not all games on the 299bct platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Cricket and other sports bets may contribute at rates specified in the individual bonus terms. Crash games and poker may have specific contribution rules stated in the applicable promotion.

Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and subject to outstanding wagering requirements, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is ৳500, unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the bonus terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus wagering is outstanding may be voided at 299bct's discretion.

299bct reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other conduct designed to exploit the offer contrary to its intended purpose. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via related accounts, wagering on both sides of a market to guarantee conversion, and using automated tools to optimise bonus fulfilment.

One welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through any means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the 299bct platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that the correct selection, stake, and market have been chosen before confirming a bet. 299bct does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a market is declared void in accordance with the applicable sport's governing rules.

Cricket betting: Cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or the applicable domestic board). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, settlements follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. BPL markets are settled on the official BPL match results. In-play markets may be suspended or voided where a technical error affects the integrity of the displayed odds.

Live casino: Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the studio's random number generation or live dealer procedures. Disputes regarding live casino outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the game session in question. 299bct will refer such disputes to the relevant studio for investigation and will communicate the outcome to the player.

Slots: Slot games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available within the game information panel. All slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. 299bct does not influence slot outcomes.

Crash games: Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round concludes is generated prior to the round starting and is verifiable by the player. Disconnection from the platform during a crash game round does not constitute grounds for a refund; auto-cashout settings are available and strongly recommended for players on mobile connections.

Poker: Poker games are governed by standard Texas Hold'em rules unless otherwise stated. Tournament structures, blind levels, prize pool distributions, and late registration windows are published in advance of each scheduled event. Cash game rake is displayed in the table lobby before a player takes a seat.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 299bct platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a 299bct account.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 299bct account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in poker, live casino, or other competitive formats to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy designed to exploit bonus structures contrary to their intended purpose, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, and deliberate low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements without genuine play intent.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other automated software to interact with the 299bct platform in a manner that provides an advantage not available to standard players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a deposit made to 299bct without first contacting 299bct support to attempt resolution.
• Money laundering: Using the 299bct platform to launder funds of any origin. 299bct is committed to AML compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting known software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors to place bets at incorrect odds. Any winnings generated from bets placed on erroneous prices will be voided.

299bct employs ongoing monitoring of account activity to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 299bct may act immediately without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and other players.

Voluntary closure: Players may request the closure of their 299bct account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, 299bct will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining real-money balance (subject to identity verification requirements) before closing the account. Bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by 299bct: 299bct reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player has provided false information during registration or verification; (c) the player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to 299bct, other players, or the integrity of the platform; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require it.

Responsible gaming closure: Players who self-exclude via the responsible gaming tools will have their accounts locked for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window. The minimum self-exclusion period available is 30 days. Balance on closure: Where an account is closed by 299bct for a breach of these Terms, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases involving fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering, the entire balance may be forfeited. In other cases, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the player via the last verified payment method used, at 299bct's discretion.

299bct provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299bct's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 299bct operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by 299bct to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
